I weigh 165lbs and got the small and it fits well and has high quality. I am not a fan of cotton shirts and this has more of a polyester blend. It has a nice ribbed material. I usually have no shirts with long sleeves but I like the style and got a few different colors and styles. It take a few days to ship to Milwaukee, WI USA from Canada.
